I LOVE a good quote.

It can convey SO much in just a few words.

A friend sent me a picture of a quote on a bumper sticker. It was about Kindness, so he knew I would like it. He was wrong. I loved it!

So, I made it into a sign. Two signs, really. Printed them up, laminated them, and hung them in pairs along my local walking trail. It felt important. It was the week of our elections in the U.S.

On a recent walk, I was glad to see that some of the signs are still hanging. Good thing. Message is still relevant (always will be).

This morning, our international Power Pause Meditation was dedicated to being “in support of the peaceful transition of power” in today’s U.S. Presidential Inauguration. It was a beautiful way to start this day of great significance. Someone shared a quote:

“We can be the energy makers, not the energy takers.”

Another quote that struck me today (from President Biden’s Inaugural Address):

“…Today, on this January day, my whole soul is in this. Bringing America together. Uniting our people. Uniting our nation. And I ask every American to join me in this cause.”

Did I mention that I LOVE a good quote?

[If you’d like a pdf of the Kindness signs to display in your area, I’m happy to share. Just DM/email me.]
